Puppy Adoption Process

Complete the Puppy Adoption Application – This helps us learn about your home, lifestyle, and what you're looking for in a puppy.

Once we receive your application, we’ll reach out via email to schedule a phone call or video chat.

During this conversation, we will:
✅ Answer any questions you have about the adoption process
✅ Learn more about your family’s expectations and lifestyle
✅ Discuss available puppies and their unique personalities
✅ Review our adoption guidelines and expectations

Once approved, you’ll need to place a reservation deposit to secure your spot in the selection process.
Reservation Fees:

• 1st & 2nd Pick: Full payment required
• 3rd Pick & Below: $500 deposit

Your reservation ensures that you receive weekly updates, photos, and resources to help prepare for your new pup!

📩 Each week, we’ll send helpful emails covering:
✔ Grooming & nutrition tips
✔ What to expect when bringing your puppy home
✔ Potty training & crate training advice
📸 Plus, you’ll receive updated photos and videos of your puppy’s litter!

🎯 At 5 weeks, families start narrowing down their top puppy choices.
🔍 At 7 weeks, puppies complete their Volhard Temperament Test to assess personality and suitability.

We help families choose their ideal puppy based on:
✔ Temperament test results
✔ Color & gender preferences
✔ Lifestyle compatibility

Our goal is to match each family with the best pup for their home, not just based on looks but on personality and needs.

At 8 weeks old, puppies are ready to go home – unless you’ve enrolled in our optional 3-week training program.

Your Puppy Comes Home With:

• Veterinary records (vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, and vet check)
• Snuggle Puppy (for a smoother transition)
• Kong & Nylabone (chew toys for teething)
• Tasty treats
• Comb & nail clippers
• Matching leash & collar set
• 3lb bag of their current food

Everything is designed to make your puppy’s transition to your home as smooth as possible!

Want extra support before bringing your puppy home?

We offer two training slots per litter, focusing on:
✔ Basic obedience
✔ Socialization
✔ Crate & potty training
