Puppy Application

A completed puppy application is the first step to owning a Creekside Doodle. A few points to consider before filling out an application are:

• We do NOT raise goldendoodles, bernedoodles, labradoodles or sheepadoodles.
• Reservation fees ($500) are nonrefundable.
  • We do our best not to take more reservations than we believe we will have pups available.
  • It’s important for those who reserve a pup to be serious about purchasing a Creekside pup and not continuing to shop.
  • Reservations can be transferred one time, within one had of the original reservation, should the need arise.
•  Pups are $2,000 to $3,500 and balance is due before or day of pickup.
  • Pups will have been vet checked, microchipped, de-wormed 3x, they will have begun litter training, been introduced to multiple surfaces, well socialized with other dogs and children.

• If you decide to put down a full payment to reserve a 1st or 2nd pick of one of our litters it is understood that the payment is not refundable if you change your mind.
  • If/when we are able to replace you on the list, in the event that life gets in the way of you having a doodle pup, then it is possible to receive a refund, minus the $500 regular deposit. However, no refund will be issued until your pup/reserve spot is sold.
